Are your jewellery images true to size? TOP
We strive to maintain the accuracy of our jewellery images and descriptions. However, the small details of some pieces may require an image larger than actual size. In these cases, we always provide measurements to provide the customer with the exact size.

What are your shipping options? TOP
We ship via Royal Mail in the UK only, for £1.50. To inquire about International shipping, please contact us.
How long until I receive my order? TOP
We ship orders within 24-48 hours of purchasing, with a delivery time of approximately 1-3 business days. During busy periods or if your item is out of stock, delivery may take slightly longer. You may track your order progress with our Order Tracking system.
Do you offer returns? TOP
We offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on all our products, less shipping costs, with the exception of jewellery designed to pierce the body.
In the event that you receive a defective product, a refund will be issued or an exchange offered, regardless of jewellery type. If we determine that damage was caused by neglect or abuse, we reserve the right to return the items as received without refunding shipping costs.
Please return all items for refund or exchange in perfect, unworn condition.
